Yes — we inspect new-build flats across Greater London, including Zones 1–6. Common areas include Canary Wharf, Greenwich Peninsula, Wembley Park, Battersea, Nine Elms, Kings Cross, White City, Acton, Stratford, Lewisham & Croydon.
Most major London developers grant full surveyor access, especially after legal completion. For pre-completion inspections, we'll liaise with the site or sales office to coordinate. We can collect keys from estate agents or concierge if pre-arranged.
External façade and roofing on high-rise buildings is typically the freeholder's responsibility, not yours. We focus our inspection on everything within your demise — including balconies, glazing, & the connection points to communal services.
