Hemel sits within easy reach of the M1 (J8 is on the doorstep), the M25 is 15 minutes south, and the West Coast Main Line takes you to Euston in around 30 minutes. That access — combined with prices below St Albans and Berkhamsted — keeps developer interest steady. Most of the homes here are suburban detached and semi mix, but the Maylands corridor adds a growing apartment component.

Why a snagging survey matters in Hemel Hempstead
